An event app, correctly deployed, expands the scope of the face-to-face summit with meeting tools that build trust and alignment, help manage change and harness the wisdom of the crowd.

At the Innovative Communications Summit in Arles, from the 22nd to the 25th of July, Les Napoleons is using the SpotMe mobile event app's Slide Guide tool to crack the presentation paradigm of inspiring lectures and forgettable auditoria.
Speakers use Slide Guide to deliver their presentations and push current slides directly to participants' tablets and smartphones. This tool gave Les Napoleons the ability to do away with intrusive hardware like projectors and screens and instead take full advantage of the stunning settings of the ancient theatre of Arles and the famous Saint-Trophime cloister.
The core aim of Les Napoleons is simple: to innovate and put the human at the centre. Liberating speakers and participants from forgettable auditoria is one of the many significant innovations the SpotMe event app is bringing to this project.
As the founders of Les Napoleons, Mondher Abdennadher and Olivier Moulierac, say, "We are convinced that the world and our country will deliver more innovation ... We believe in the outstanding ability we all have _together_ to innovate and create value."
Pierre Metrailler, the CEO of SpotMe Europe, is also a speaker at Les Napoleons on the 24th of July. He addresses the question of the new meeting formats that digital technology is making possible.
"An event app, correctly deployed, expands the scope of the face-to-face summit with meeting tools that build trust and alignment, help manage change and harness the wisdom of the crowd."
