SPS North America Starts New Year with Positive Outlook, Forecasts Additional Growth in 2015

Following a record-breaking year, Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), a leading business process outsourcing and digitization solutions provider, announced its market strategies for 2015 will focus on additional innovation projects, continued nationwide expansion, and further employee development.

Following a record-breaking year, Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), a leading business process outsourcing and digitization solutions provider, announced its market strategies for 2015 will focus on additional innovation projects, continued nationwide expansion, and further employee development. SPS reported a 20% increase in total contract revenue over the prior year, and anticipates continued success through its emphasis on these initiatives to best serve client demands.

In 2014, SPS helped clients of all sizes experience the benefits of digitization and process automation, including cost reductions, improved customer service, and shorter turnaround times. According to industry analysts, document process outsourcing (DPO) will continue to see healthy growth this year with the increase in companies’ digital transformations. Accordingly in 2015, SPS is launching complementary innovative capabilities to its existing robust portfolio of DPO solutions.

Additionally, through investments in human capital and high-level expertise, SPS also intends to continue to support targeted verticals such as media & entertainment, banking, and manufacturing. Furthermore, with notable new hires with vast experience in the legal market, SPS continues to provide a key focus on the needs of firms within this sector.

SPS’ applied training modules are also being expanded to reach a broader base of employees throughout North America.
