Waterdown Self Storage Inc. expressed agreement with this sentiment and is already exploring benefits in reporting, payment processing and customer service.

Affordable Port Colborne Self Storage intends to launch affiliated services, such as moving, property management and junk removal to its core unit rental business at this location in 2020, based on local demand trends. The company will also consider opening a second location this year, should such investments be favourable to owners and new partners.

Performance in line with forecasts will help support the valuations required for listing on public securities exchanges”.
