Ervin Industries Announces Expansion of Glaubitz, Germany AMASTEEL Facility
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (PRWEB) August 15, 2016 -- Ervin Industries is excited to announce the expansion of the Glaubitz, Germany AMASTEEL Manufacturing facility. This state-of-the-art manufacturing plant was first built in 2014 and reached full production in 2015. Since then, Ervin’s AMASTEEL Abrasive Products have been well received in a very demanding European market, and the response for high-quality steel abrasive products continues to grow.
The expansion will increase the plant's production and processing capacities by 40 percent, which will enable quicker delivery of products and faster reaction to market demands. This new work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2016.
“We are very pleased with how our AMASTEEL Cast Steel Shot and Grit have been received, and this gives us great confidence in expanding our Glaubitz Plant,” said Trent Pearson, Vice President of European Operations. “We certainly expect to continue this positive development, and we extend a big thanks to our Manufacturing and Sales Group for their efforts.”
