Burg has been appointed to the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA) National Advisory Board. APITLA is a national association of lawyers committed to eliminating unsafe and illegal interstate trucking practices. Through learning, litigation and legislation, the association’s mission is to dramatically reduce the number of traffic accidents, injuries and deaths across America caused by negligent trucking companies whose practice are unsafe.
