The current campaign fundraises for Nurture in Nature, a local nonprofit which works to enrich the lives of children and adults with disabilities by connecting them with nature. Nurture in Nature is a small nonprofit organization which utilizes the therapeutic benefits of nature to provide experiences of healing and self-acceptance for children and adults with disabilities. Hosting various activities and camps throughout the year, Nurture in Nature uses the unique approach of including nature as an integral part of breaking down walls of isolation to attain wholeness for those they serve. All outdoor adventures are offered to families free of cost, which requires ongoing fundraising.
