With 36 franchise locations currently operating and a goal to add 10 in the next year--STOP needed a new franchise training facility that would provide new owners a more complete hands-on experience. The new STOP Technical Training Center will include a flood room and various training bays that prepare franchise owners for the different construction and materials that they will be exposed to in the field.
“We have been doing a good job of training our new owners with our current arrangement and systems, however this new 3,000 square foot training facility will provide our franchisees with additional exercises and experience that help prepare them for almost anything they encounter in the field.” Said Brian Clark, VP of Franchise Development for STOP. “Our mission is to provide customers exceptional customer care and skilled craftsmanship. This facility will guarantee that owners are prepared to hit the ground running after they complete franchise training and allow us to do on-going training for new employees in our system.”
STOP services focus on fire, water, smoke and mold damage. Franchisees are trained on restoration techniques, mold removal and remediation. STOP has prided itself on being a one-stop provider for homeowners and insurance related property damage restoration.
“We are blessed to have an incredible training team and program and now we will have a facility that contributes to our mission of helping franchisees become restoration experts.” Clark Added. “We have had a long history in this industry and we are primed and ready to really expand and offer our opportunity to those individuals who are in search of a new career.”
