STX Launches Enhanced “Exult 500” Women’s Lacrosse Head
Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) October 05, 2015 -- Baltimore-based STX, LLC, a global sporting goods leader, today announced the new, enhanced Exult 500 women’s lacrosse head.
Designed for the midfielder, the updated Exult 500 features STX’s latest technology, including String Lock™ and C-Channel™, which provides extra strength for checking and ground balls, as well as stability on the draw through the use of reinforced sidewalls. STX’s new String Lock™ technology allows players to set their pocket to help prevent bagging. In addition, the Exult 500 includes maximum overall pinch and minimum sidewall height for the deepest legal pocket.
Team STX athlete Taylor D’Amore will be the face of the new Exult 500 head in marketing campaigns and promotions.
“The Exult 500 has been redesigned to provide versatility that the midfield player demands. With improved technology, midfielders will be better able to dominate on the draw and perform on the offensive and defensive ends of the field,” said Jessica Bieber, Category Brand Manager - Women’s Lacrosse at STX. “Our elite collegiate teams have quickly adopted this head and are excited to use it for the upcoming season.”
STX recently announced a partnership with the University of Virginia women’s lacrosse program to join its elite roster of women’s teams, including North Carolina, Duke, Syracuse and Johns Hopkins.
