Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) September 09, 2013 -- Baltimore-based STX, LLC, a global sporting goods leader, announced today the launch of Kyle Harrison’s K18 website. The micro-site, a part of STX’s website, offers a preview of the new K18 equipment launching this fall.
The site mirrors the new product line, inspired by the style of Harrison’s west coast lifestyle. Designed using bold patterns and colors, the K18 micro-site provides product information, photos, videos and social media sharing buttons. Harrison takes fans through the design of each product with videos describing the line’s high style and performance.
Harrison’s new K18 collection was developed for the intermediate player aspiring to improve their game and take it to the next level. The K18 handle was released in May 2013, with the rest of the equipment including a new Universal legal head, gloves, arm protection and shoulder pads launching in the fall.
“I’ve been fortunate enough to work with players of all skills and ages around the country. It’s been a great experience that led me to design the new K18 line and website,” said Harrison. “I wanted the website to match the unique style of my line and give these players an inside look into what inspires me daily. The website reflects the most important moments in my lacrosse career and I’m really excited to share that with these players.”
Interactive fact icons based on Harrison’s influences for K18 are scattered throughout the site and are also included on K18 products. The icons, including game scores, important dates and mascots, are a part of the K18 pattern on the line’s padding equipment. The cuff of the glove is imprinted with the K18 pattern and features a turtle logo on the thumb. Throughout the line’s launch this fall, STX will roll out new fact icons on the website about the line and the personal connection to Harrsion himself.
