BALANCE announced it has formed a strategic alliance with Subcat Media to offer Subcat’s award-winning financial education youth programs—the Elements of Money® for teens and M3 Money Club® for kids—to its credit union partners across the U.S.

In a move to help credit unions reach the next generation of members, BALANCE announced it has formed a strategic alliance with Subcat Media. The alliance gives BALANCE exclusive rights to offer Subcat Media’s award-winning youth financial education programs—the Elements of Money® for teens and M3 Money Club® for kids—to its credit union partners across the U.S.

M3 Money Club® is designed for kids ages six to 12 years old. When a young member joins the M3 Money Club through their credit union, they become part of a league of superheroes tasked with learning positive money skills. The program features a kid-friendly website filled with activities, comics, puzzles, coloring pages and lots of fun, as well as promotional material to encourage parents to open a savings account for their child.

Elements of Money® is geared toward teens ages 13 to 18 years old. The program harnesses the power of social media with fully-managed marketing campaigns and contests to deliver financial education to today’s tech-savvy generation. It’s all driven by a co-branded website filled with financial content including articles, podcasts, videos and quizzes.
