The intensive two-day Customer Success training workshops cover the full range of foundational Customer Success skills that enable current and aspiring Customer Success Managers (CSM) to gain a solid, working understanding of the practical aspects of the field. Workshop participants that successfully complete both the two-day program and associated certification exam will earn an industry-recognized Level 1 CSM Certification.
