US Sports Camps Launches New Nike Junior Golf Camp in The Woodlands, Texas
San Rafael, CA (PRWEB) March 08, 2016 -- Nike Golf Camps announced the addition of junior golf day camps at Woodforest Golf Club in Montgomery, Texas located minutes from one of the state’s most beautiful areas, The Woodlands. Native Texan and Director of Instruction for Axis Golf Academy, Alan Hodde, has scheduled six weeks of camp tailored to youth player development.

Other members of the newly-formed Axis Golf Academy serve as camp instructors including PGA Professionals Ben Wilman and Eujone “EJ” Kim. All three coaches have worked with golfers at every level, from the beginner golfer to the highest level players on the PGA and LPGA tours, and recently joined forces to open their golf academy.
Designed by PGA Professional Steve Elkington, Woodforest Golf Club features 27 holes lined with pine and oak trees ready to challenge players at every skill level. The facility has hosted a variety of Texas Golf Association tournaments and qualifiers such as: State Amateur Qualifier, Mid-Am Qualifier, State Senior 4-Ball Championship, and TGA Legends Junior Tour tournaments.

Nike Golf Camps at Woodforest Golf Club offer six week-long sessions throughout the summer, each running Monday – Thursday, 9:00AM – 4:00PM. These full-day programs include instruction and training in the morning followed by lunch and afternoon course play. The camps are co-ed and suitable for golfers ages 9-17 of all skill levels.
