We are excited to be joining the Research Alliance, and to join forces with other like-minded research boutiques as ourselves. We anticipate that the opportunity to leverage the business development expertise of the Alliance will be a key driver of our growth over the years ahead.
MONTREAL (PRWEB) April 02, 2019
Summit Insights Group, a leading TMT independent research boutique, is the latest IRP to join the recently founded Research Alliance (http://www.theresearchalliance.com). For over 6 years, Summit has been providing buy-side institutions with coverage on the Enterprise and application software, Internet, IT hardware, semiconductor capital equipment and semiconductor segments. Their reputation as a ‘go to’ source for TMT reports is founded in their rigorous analysis of emerging technologies, their comprehensive industry network, and their overseas channel and inventory checking capabilities.
Srini Nandury, Managing Director of Summit, stated: “We are excited to be joining the Research Alliance, and to join forces with other like-minded research boutiques as ourselves. We anticipate that the opportunity to leverage the business development expertise of the Alliance will be a key driver of our growth over the years ahead.”
“We are enthusiastic that Summit is joining our association at this time,” commented Will Richards, President of the Alliance. “The quality of their research is a great reflection of the standards set by the Research Alliance. We look forward to working with Summit and our other research partners as we continue to promote the consumption of independent research within the institutional asset management community and to win market share for our research partners.”
Summit (TMT) joins five other research boutiques as partners of the Alliance, including: Foveal LLP (Pharmaceuticals), Insight Investment Research (Global Infrastructure), ERA Forest Products Research (Forest Products), Hillside Partners (Technology/Alternative Data), and Integrity Research (Custom Research Sourcing).
Selling independent research is never an easy proposition, and having an established organization promoting the benefits of IRPs to the buy-side can only be beneficial to all research boutiques, whether they have membership in the Alliance or not. That the Alliance has been able to attract another solid IRP to their fold so shortly after its inception is a positive sign for the health of this organization.
