They have all been named to the list over the past several years. No more than five percent of attorneys in New York are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers.

This marks the sixth time Victor Pasternack has been recognized by Super Lawyers. He is managing partner and concentrates in workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, municipal pension and other employment-related matters.
Barbara Tilker, a senior partner, has been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2007 for her work as a Social Security disability attorney. She also has been named by Super Lawyers as one of the Top Women Attorneys in New York.
This is the ninth year that Jordan Ziegler has been named to the Super Lawyers list. Ziegler, a senior partner at the firm, handles workers’ compensation, personal injury, Social Security disability claims as well as civil service disability pensions from the New York City and New York State local retirement systems.
Senior partner Catherine Stanton has been recognized by Super Lawyers each year since 2007. She previously was named one of the Top Women Attorneys in New York.
This is the fifth year in a row that Edgar Romano, a senior partner, has been recognized by Super Lawyers. He litigates workers’ compensation claims, including cases involving occupational exposure, asbestos and industrial irritants.
Robert Saminsky, a partner at the firm, has been named by Super Lawyers each year since 2009. He handles workers’ compensation claims.
