Superior Controls Senior Management Team Expands to Support Rapid Growth in New York Region
Seabrook, NH (PRWEB) August 11, 2016 -- Superior Controls, Inc., a leading control system integrator of custom industrial automation and IT solutions, today announced recent additions to the company’s executive team to meet the needs of its growing workforce and expanding New York customer base. Allen Schweitzer joins Superior Controls as its first Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Laurie LeMay joins as its first Director of Human Resources.

Schweitzer brings more than 20 years of senior-level finance and operations management experience for companies in all phases of the business life cycle. He most recently served as Vice President and CFO of Harbor Health Services, Inc. Schweitzer has a strong record of scaling companies both organically and through mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to his responsibilities of planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, Schweitzer will play a key role in developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with the senior management team to maximize revenue growth and drive profitability.

LeMay joins Superior Controls as the Director of Human Resources (HR), responsible for planning, organizing and administering all aspects of HR. Most recently, LeMay served as Director of Human Resources for Associa New England, a global leader in real estate property management. With 18 years’ experience in recruiting and shaping high-performance cultures, she will build on and support the company’s infrastructure and people initiatives.
LeMay’s focus will be on enhancing Superior Controls’ collaborative and accomplished team as the company expands across multiple states and opens new offices. “It is an exciting time to be part of this company,” said LeMay. “We have been aggressively hiring experienced engineers who want to be part of a dynamic company offering great career growth opportunities.”
To support the company’s growing New York customer base, Superior Controls will be hiring at least six engineers to add to its Albany, NY engineering team. The executive team will be hosting a meet and greet Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at the Hampton Inn-Wolf Road in Albany, NY to meet with prospective engineering candidates for the new Albany, NY office.
