Aaron's, Inc. has selected Peach State Integrated Technologies for a Logistics Network Optimization study to assist Aaron's in their current strategic planning process. The 4-month project will provide actionable data on Aaron's operations, supply chain, business model and store requirements. Peach State will work directly with the Aaron's team to develop an optimized logistics network including fulfillment centers, mattress plants, service centers, product flows and inventories that supports Aaron's growth projections and business objectives.
