About the Author
Swami Muktibodhananda is a lifelong yoga practitioner. In 1976, she met Paramahamsa Swami Satyananda Saraswati in Australia and trained with him for 10 years at the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger, India. While living and training in India, Muktibodhananda became one of the school’s prominent teachers and authored two books. In 1986, she returned to Australia and established the Melbourne Yoga Therapy Centre. She currently lives in Australia with her family. “Energy” is her third published book.
