Swiss Post Solutions Announces Tim Peterson as Chief People Officer (CPO) North America

Tim will be responsible for all strategic HR programs and will be a member of the US Executive Leadership Team. Specifically, Tim will lead SPS in the acquisition of top talent, the oversight of employee satisfaction and retention, the development of advanced skills and the management of the employee benefits package.
Tim Peterson brings a proven track record of driving efficiencies with Human Resources processes to best attract the right skills and talent needed to deliver excellence to SPS’ clients. He brings vast management experience with him, including the successful integration of business acquisitions, the digitization of front- and back-office HR records and the implementation of optimized recruiting and development programs.
Tim will lead an HR department that has already distinguished itself as a leader in the outsourcing industry. SPS’ People Office was awarded the Bronze Medal Human Resources Department of the Year at the 2016 Stevie® Awards and was also recognized with a Bronze Medal for “Achievements in Workforce Development and Learning” as part of the 2017 Stevie® Awards for Great Employers. Additionally, SPS’ Intern Academy has been ranked among the top 50 internship programs in the US for the past 3 years. As the new CPO, Tim aims to continue this trend.

Prior to this role, he held various HR management positions at companies such as Prosper Inc., Tiger Consulting and Abbott Laboratories.
