Management Consulting Company Expands Services to Real Estate Industry

Stefan Swanepoel, CEO of T3 Sixty, today announced three new vice president appointments at the group effective immediately. T3 Sixty is the residential real estate brokerage industry’s leading management consultancy and research firm.

Shaun Minnie is appointed vice president of T3 Information Systems. Shaun has a deep background in digital publishing as founder and CEO of South Africa-based The Creative Group and Eazi.com.

Paul Hagey has been promoted to vice president of T3 Publications and will serve as executive editor for all T3 Sixty publications and rankings including the recently released 14th edition of the Swanepoel Trends Report and the upcoming SP200. Paul has held various editor positions with T3 Sixty the past two years and joined the company from Inman where he was recognized as an award-winning reporter.

Clint Skutchan has been promoted to vice president of T3 Sixty’s Association and MLS Consulting division. He joined T3 Sixty a year ago as the MLS consulting practice expanded. He replaces Kevin McQueen, who after two years of service at T3 Sixty, is returning to private practice. T3 Sixty would like to thank Kevin for his contribution to the MLS industry.

Clint has over a decade in the real estate industry. Previously, he served as CEO of a Realtor association in Colorado. According to T3 Sixty president Jack Miller, “Clint has received high praise from clients and this promotion reflects his key role in the growing T3 Sixty consulting team.”
