About the Creation of our Interactive Animation
The Join the Family animation was a year-long project and collaboration between the TargetCW marketing team, HR Team, CEO and animator. The interactive video takes the user through an immersive experience and highlights the values of the company, past company events, award wins, philanthropy endeavors as well as perks offered at TargetCW. It also features employee testimonials where employees speak to what makes TargetCW such a wonderful place to work.
The concept for this animation stemmed from wanting to welcome people into the experience of being a part of the TargetCW family, as the organization is a close-knit company of individuals who support and encourage one another to be the best versions of themselves. The goal was for people who viewed the animation to feel as if they were being warmly welcomed into a home where they could see themselves in the future, helping people to understand who TargetCW is on a granular level and all the things that make TargetCW as a company so unique. The journey of moving from room to room allows the viewer to experience all the wonderful qualities of the company via an immersive, digital experience.
