The Academy of Responsible Tattooing Announces 100% Success Rate of Employment for Past Tattooo Apprenticeship Program Graduates
Brooklyn, NY (PRWEB) July 31, 2014 -- The Academy of Responsible Tattooing is the one and only Tattoo School in the world that professionally trains tattoo shop managers, as well as tattoo artists. This month, they announce a high employment rate for their past graduates, and invite new students to come on board.
"The Academy of Responsible Tattooing has a 100% success rate of employment for every graduate of its Professional Craftsman Program, which is our flagship accelerated tattoo apprenticeship," explains Christina Seeber, who is in charge of Marketing and Social Media for the academy.
The Academy of Responsible Tattooing focuses on professional development and providing hands-on opportunities that propel graduates forward into a successful career. "Our apprentices are required to complete dozens of supervised and paid tattoos before they can complete our program; at this point they bridge the gap between apprentice and graduate," says Seeber. "They're all supervised extensively during their training before they can come on board as shop artists, or graduate to work at another shop."
Americans spend about $1.65 billion dollars annually on tattoos. Finding placement after graduating from The Academy of Responsible Tattooing has not been a challenge for students, thanks to the organization's unique program that launches artists right into the beginning of their careers. Some graduates even go on to open up their own shops.
"When an apprentice finishes their program, they can start working in one of our shops or one of our affiliated shops. This is cool because it only takes about 4.2 months working in one of our shops to get back the cost of the apprenticeship in the first place. It's very rare to even get an apprenticeship if [someone is] just approaching a shop and asking for one," says Seeber, "let alone being able to start working in a shop right away."
The Academy of Responsible Tattooing is the next step for an aspiring artist to take in order to become a working tattoo artist. The academy is currently seeking men and women, 17 years of age or older, that have a passion for becoming a successful, professional tattoo artist.
Many apprentices are graduates of other art schools who found themselves with no serious options for employment before finding The Academy of Responsible Tattooing. This tattoo artist school helps connect artists with the knowledge and resources other programs have often failed to provide them. Those who excel the quickest, are apprentices who feel a deep calling to the art form and the business, and who value both personal and professional growth.
Located in Brooklyn, Jersey City, and Philadelphia, The Academy of Responsible Tattooing allows aspiring tattoo artists to advance their career through a multitude of training. For more information, please visit http://tattooschool-art.com or call 844-882-8866.
