Online tea retailer The Tea Spot is rolling out a new Auto Replenish Program just in time for the holidays and "tea season". In addition to providing customers with automatic savings, the new program allows customers to receive their favorite products regularly with minimal effort and gives them the ability to adjust future shipment dates from their own control panel.

Just in time for the holidays and at the height of tea season, The Tea Spot is rolling out a new Auto Replenish Program. Modeled after the well-known “Subscribe & Save” program at Amazon.com, The Tea Spot’s auto ship program gives online shoppers an automatic 15% discount on each Auto Replenish item, with a range of shipping interval options: one month, two months, and three months. Customers also have the ability to edit upcoming shipment dates on an individual item level, allowing additional flexibility.

Customer centricity has been a primary focus of the premium tea retailer, The Tea Spot, since its founding in 2004. They consider the Auto Replenish program to be an extension of their customer service, by allowing people to choose the most convenient way to receive their favorite teas on a regular basis with minimal effort. Participants in the program will also receive a courtesy email one week before each order ships, offering the chance to add to their current subscription, delay the shipment, or even skip a shipment—a helpful option during vacation season.

Online shoppers simply need to create a customer account to participate in the Auto Replenish program, which can be completed during the checkout process. They can manage future shipments from their “My Account” page at The Tea Spot’s online tea store. Customers will also earn Loyalty Points with every Auto Replenish order, which they can redeem as savings at the online tea shop.
