Teamwork and Partnership: Prominent Themes at DATAMARK's Third Semi-annual Event

At the semi-annual event, DATAMARK reinforced the company's core values and vision, celebrated growth success stories, and enjoyed several Team Building events.
EL PASO, Texas, Jan. 25, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- DATAMARK Incorporated, an El Paso-based global leader in Business Process Servicing (BPS) since 1989, recently held the company's semi-annual meeting in Ruidoso, New Mexico at the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort. Approximately 130 of DATAMARK's staff from the US, India, and Mexico attended the meeting, which took place over a three-day period. At the semi-annual event, DATAMARK reinforced the company's core values and vision, celebrated growth success stories, and enjoyed several Team Building events.
In 2018, the company celebrated the fourth consecutive year of revenue growth averaging almost 20% per year. The company also celebrated internal growth throughout its international locations, including the newest Call Center site in Mexico, and the newest Mail Processing Center in Pennsylvania. Worldwide, DATAMARK employs over 2,500 individuals.
DATAMARK's semi-annual meeting is also an opportunity to celebrate the "Above and Beyond" efforts of their employees in support of the company's vision. DATAMARK recognized many of its employees from around the globe for their dedication to the company's core values: Teamwork, Integrity, and Respect. The company also announced the addition of "Teachability" as the fourth Core Value to further support expected growth.
To help restate the importance of each core value, the employees partook in team-building activities that were meant to strengthen leadership skills, team-dedication, and overall comradery. The semi-annual allows for employees from all operational sites and from different departments to intermingle with one another, strengthening the company's emphasis on teamwork.
In attendance at DATAMARK's semi-annual meeting was the president and CEO of one of the largest marketing and promotions companies in the U.S., who has partnered with DATAMARK for the last 12 years. The president and CEO, whom DATAMARK hosted as a special guest and speaker, spoke in regards to building customer relationships through trust, a principle that has empowered DATAMARK's partnership with the client. The partnership between the two companies began as a 90-day pilot program for rebate processing. DATAMARK now provides this client with multi-shore mailroom and data processing operations, as well as bilingual customer contact services. DATAMARK's focus on partnership has resulted in an average BPS contract length of 14 years.
