Drews Dental Services proudly announces that Peter Drews, D.D.S., is to collaborate with the VA to provide dental care to homeless veterans in Lewiston, ME.

Dr. Drews will be collaborating with the agency Veterans Inc., which has converted a former Catholic school into a transitional housing space for eligible veterans in the program. More information on the housing program sites can be found at

Veterans who are in the transitional housing program are eligible for a one-time course of dental treatment after successfully maintaining the program for 60 days. Veterans will come for an initial consultation and a treatment plan will be formulated at that visit. Treatment will then be provided at Drews Dental Services’ location on Sabattus Street by Dr. Drews.

Dr. Drews is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and feels very strongly about helping this underserved population.
