As part of a much-anticipated event, TerraCotta Properties (http://www.terracottaproperties.com), received two prestigious awards from the Atlanta Chapter of the (ASID) American Society of Interior Designers. The awards are given for outstanding designs as recognized by a panel of judges and the design community. The design awards received by TerraCotta Properties include a Gold Award for Best Residential Kitchen or Bath Design and a Bronze Award for Best Residential Interior Design under 3,500 Square Feet of space.

Team members from TerraCotta, including founder/architect Ili Hidalgo-Nilsson and builder Maurie Hullender were present to receive the awards alongside Scott Madsen, Julie Epps and Giana Shorthouse. Co-founder Luly Melarti was cheering along from their newly inaugurated offices in Ridgewood, New Jersey, which they recently opened to serve their Northeast clientele.
