Basalt, Colorado (PRWEB) September 03, 2015 -- The Aspen Clinic (TAC), located in Basalt, Colorado, today announced an addition to its wellness services - two retreats geared towards kick-starting and inspiring wellness in the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond.
Amanda Wagner, Executive Director of TAC, stated, "We love being a part of developing a whole mind-body approach to fitness - we are much more than a gym. Our fitness and wellness retreats that we are offering this fall give people in the community, around the state and country, the opportunity to kick-start their wellness."
TAC, created in 2011, has an extensive list of fitness and wellness professionals, who are a part of the services offered for community members and visitors to the Roaring Fork Valley. In addition to a fitness facility (equipped with locker rooms as well as steam rooms and saunas), there are nutrition, counseling, and physical assessments available - to help participants find the most effective road to wellness.
Wagner, also a health coach and teacher at the fitness center, said, "TAC has always been dedicated to our customers, the cornerstone of our business is building lasting relationships that ensure a successful health regimen. Our Life Immersion Retreat and Fall Fitness Retreat are the perfect one-day events to kick-start wellness for people."
The Life Immersion Retreat is on Saturday, September 19th from 8am until 4pm; this is designed to be a transformational day to revitalize the body and reconnect with one's spirit.
The Fall Fitness Retreat is on Saturday, October 3rd from 8am until 4pm and is designed to kick start weight loss through both nutrition and a fitness regimen.
