What is The

Anyone can start a fundraiser using the platform. If the person who starts the fundraiser, provides a match, they are considered an Angel Donor.

Each Fundraiser has its own accounting. Each individual donation is tracked. Once a fundraiser ends The transfers the money to the Charity or Cause.

The is a 501(c)(3) Charitable organization. Tax deductible Donations can be made directly to Angel Donations made to the general pool or to a specific cause can sponsor fundraisers across multiple years and be claimed as a deduction for the year they were donated.

The concept: Donate this year, take the deduction and then use the donation for the cause’s fundraisers across multiple years.

Donations through The are Tax deductible even if the receiving person, organization or group is not itself a tax exempt organization. This applies when there is a need for a person, group or community. For example; A Fundraiser was conducted for a child in critical need of eye surgery. Through generous donors $4,500 was quickly raised to pay for the surgery, she is doing well. All donations to this cause were tax deductible due to The’s IRS tax status.

The has a 2% operations fee. Angel donations are exempt from the 2% fee. Comparing that fee to other fundraising organizations it is six to eight percent less. Six to eight percent more money to support charities and causes. Only fundraising organizations with better than average ratings were used for the comparative analysis.

All of the donations to a specific charity or cause are distributed to the designated charity or cause. The does not do approvals or reallocate funds after the fact. A little known secret in fundraising is some large organizations accept donations for a specific charity and then disapprove the designated charity, probably for good reasons, and reallocate the monies to other causes.

Three ways to give:
Angel Donation to The - These donations give the board of directors the flexibility to provide Matching Funds to worthy charities and causes that might not otherwise have funds for matching donations.

Angel Donation to a specific charity or cause - This type of donation is for a matching fundraiser for a specific cause. Donations of this kind will only be used for the specified charity or cause.

Direct Donation - A direct donation occurs when a donor contributes to a charity or cause during a Fundraiser.

The is looking for more Charities and Causes to help raise funds for. To have a cause or charity listed, sign in via the Dashboard as a member and create a Fundraising campaign. To become an Angel Donor or if you have questions, please Contact The
