Fit2Go food pioneer Cesar Quintero has masterfully blended his passion for business and a decade of restaurant industry experience into his first book The Profit Recipe, Top Restaurant Trends and How To Use Them to Boost Your Margins, which was just announced today.

Not only were Quintero’s team and systems able to deliver a consistent product, but the company’s Gross Profit improved by 16% and Net Profit tripled within one year.
Over time, the systems evolved into a software platform, Fit2Go DS, which restaurants could run on the cloud to measure key performance areas and track results and trends. The program has been a huge key to evaluating and leveraging the most current shifts in the food industry.
