Guerin joins The Agency after holding senior leadership positions at Coldwell Banker, Lyon Real Estate, and most recently, Compass. She brings almost 30 years of real estate industry experience to The Agency at a time of impressive growth for the company. The Agency has recently announced a collection of new corporate and franchise offices nationally and internationally and will reveal more global locales shortly.

Guerin will be an instrumental resource for The Agency's agents as they further build their referral network. Guerin will work closely with The Agency's expert team of training staff to further establish relocation curriculum and educational program pertaining to the relocation business.
