This marks the 17th year the organization has taken its accountability and leadership training and its culture process consulting to the event. This year brings two groundbreaking talks that highlight strategic planning, organizational innovation, and keeping up with the speed of change.
Tamar Elkeles, XCOM CHRO, and Marcus Nicolls, Partners In Leadership Senior Partner and Author, present “Workforce and Learning Trends Every CEO Should Know” on Tuesday, May 21st from 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM in Room 201, Convention Center. They discuss the rapidly changing talent landscape and the competition, disruption, technology, and resource constraints that are transforming work and the talent agenda. Attendees discover how to create a talent development strategy that can adapt and evolve with the ever-changing workplace. This is a critical session for leaders to understand their responsibilities and opportunities for adapting and embracing change so they can effectively execute a viable talent strategy.

Craig Hickman, Futurist and SVP of New Product Development for Partners In Leadership, facilitates the session “Crowdsource Your Company Intelligence” on Sunday, May 19 at 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM in Room 158, Convention Center. During the session, Hickman discusses how companies create flexible learning environments and systems to close the talent gap, keep up with the speed of change, and focus the organization on the right priorities. The session provides the tools leaders need to bring focus and wisdom to their organization utilizing a crowdsource learning model that rapidly generates personalized micro-content—that people can actually apply at the exact moment they need it.
