After spending more than a decade working in sales for global pharmaceutical companies, Ty Johnson has spent the majority of her healthcare career in a variety of senior leadership roles in behavioral health. She has functional expertise in operations, marketing, public relations and sales management and serves as a subject matter expert in business development, partnering with senior leadership teams looking to expand and scale business units in new and existing healthcare markets. As an entrepreneur, Ty successfully created a residential treatment program and continuum of care model designed to support the specific needs of underserved children and families struggling with mental and behavioral health challenges.
It is this wealth of experience that Ty plans to draw on as she steps into her role to oversee full P&L responsibility for The Ranch Pennsylvania and satellite services, strategic planning and overall revenue growth and program development. She plans to provide solid operational support and leadership while working to bring awareness of The Ranch Pennsylvania's exceptional programs to the Pennsylvania market and surrounding region. Her goal is to build a continuum of care through outpatient and residential services that will serve the needs of the broadest base of the community.
