The Gun Range, LLC, is celebrating its fifth anniversary instructing people of all levels on the appropriate handling of firearms. The Gun Range, a premiere teaching facility, is revered for catering to the LGBT community, local businesses, Black Guns Matter, Forestry Service and women who come to the range to learn how to protect themselves, as well as the introduction of firearms to youth.
“We pride ourselves on diversity and personable inclusiveness,” said Yuri Zalzman, owner of The Gun Range. “The Gun Range serves as a bridge between myth, misconception, fear, awe of firearms and clarity, functional knowledge and generally a pragmatic approach to firearms.”
The Gun Range is run on a philosophy that is blind to all gender, race and nationality, and fosters inclusiveness, warmth and a personal arms-length approach. “Most importantly, our focus on safety is paramount,” added Zalzman. “We have managed to uphold a high standard of delivery of our philosophical aspirations with one customer at a time.”
Every person that shoots at The Gun Range, in fact, experiences a personal service akin to a one-on-one class, even if they are part of a larger class. The expertise of The Gun Range’s firearms professionals allows it to receive a walk-in client who has never held or even been in a room with a firearm and within 20 minutes average that person is shooting a handgun in a safe and responsible manner. “More often than not they are also hitting the intended target,” concluded Zalzman. “We have a very social atmosphere where people of all walks of life come together and enjoy firearms and learn from each other.”
