The Meadows Wickenburg to Sponsor Lecture in Dallas on August 20
Wickenburg, AZ (PRWEB) August 14, 2013 -- The Meadows trauma and addiction treatment center is sponsoring a complimentary lecture in Dallas, Texas on Tuesday Aug. 20, 2013, presented by Harold Duncan, PhD, LMFT, LPC-S, on the topic of “Turning Toward: Practical Steps for Relationship Healing.” It will be held at the Unity Church of Dallas Sanctuary from 7:00 p.m.to 8:30 p.m.
Dr. Duncan has been a psychotherapist in private practice since 1981. For 15 years, he was an Instructor in Psychology at the University of Texas at Dallas. For 10 years, he served as Behavioral Medicine Coordinator for the Baylor Family Practice Residency Program at Garland. He currently is an Adjunct Professor in the Counseling department at Southern Methodist University and is in private practice at Preston Place Counseling in Dallas.
The Meadows sponsors free lectures in various cities throughout the country. Speakers include local therapists familiar with The Meadows’ model. Lectures are free and open to the public.
