The Oliver Group is offering a one-day Customer-Focused Selling™ (CFS) workshop at its Louisville headquarters on May 29. The CFS workshop will be facilitated by Laura Bernhardt and Mark Mueller, consultants at The Oliver Group. Bernhardt taught CFS throughout North America and Europe during the last decade for Ketchum, the global PR and Communications firm, as its SVP Business Development. Mueller is an experienced consultant executive coach and facilitator of all Oliver Group workshop offerings, including CFS and Predictive Index, and his breadth of knowledge will benefit all participants.
