Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) September 14, 2016
The Rainmaker Group, the leading supplier of revenue performance software to the multifamily housing and gaming/hospitality industries, announced today that in the first eight months of this year over 70 apartment companies began using a Rainmaker solution. Combined, the new clients implemented Rainmaker multifamily products across owned and fee-managed portfolios totaling more than 160,000 units.
The majority of these companies selected to use Rainmaker LRO, and many will also implement Rainmaker Intelligent Lead Management (ILM), the company’s leasing effectiveness solution. Eighteen Capital Group is among the companies that have implemented LRO and an executive at the firm says the solution has already produced significant results.
"When this year started, we at Eighteen Capital Group knew it was time to take our revenue management and demand generation to a new level," said Trachelle Spencer, Director of Revenue Management, Eighteen Capital Group, which began using LRO this summer. "I have a long-standing history with Rainmaker and knew they would, in every way, be the perfect partner for us in undertaking a revenue management system for the first time. Their multifamily solutions provide highly detailed and but extremely easy-to-understand analysis. The Rainmaker team has worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth implementation on our end, and we immediately saw powerful results stemming from our use of LRO."
Since completing its implementation of LRO in July, Eighteen Capital Group's 30-community portfolio has already experienced a 2.3 percent increase in occupancy and a 3.6 percent jump in revenue per unit (RPU).
Eighteen Capital Group further plans to increase its partnership with Rainmaker as the firm has contracted to implement ILM and recently launched MDX, Rainmaker’s performance benchmarking data exchange.
Beacon Communities, one of Rainmaker’s long-standing LRO customers, also selected ILM as its lead management solution.
"We continue to grow our partnership with Rainmaker because they deliver results,” said John Reardon, Vice President of Marketing for Beacon. “With LRO, our teams are more effective and efficient in our pricing practices which has generated a positive return on our investment. All my years interacting with the Rainmaker team had built up so much trust that when I learned about their lead management innovation it was a very easy decision. We are excited to further optimize our demand generation and marketing strategies with ILM in place.”
"We are thrilled to be able to share our revenue enhancing solutions with so many new companies this year,” said Tammy Farley, president of Rainmaker. "The multifamily industry continues to grow ever more sophisticated in its approach to revenue management, marketing and demand generation. Our continued growth in both our new customer base and with established customers is a testament to our ability to provide cutting-edge solutions and support that enables apartment companies of all sizes to carry out these functions with unparalleled data and insight into the surrounding market conditions."
