Supporting its commitment to elevating the human experience in healthcare, The Beryl Institute releases the To Care is Human podcast series, which will provide a platform for all voices in patient experience to be heard. The Institute will publish a new episode each week, helping listeners stay connected to the changing landscape of patient experience.

To Care is Human explores the practical application and implications of the eight strategic lenses of the Experience Ecosystem. The podcast incorporates two series, Leading the Conversation, hosted by The Beryl Institute’s President and CEO, Jason Wolf, PH.D., CPXP, and Humans in Healthcare, hosted by Vice President, Experience Innovation, Tiffany Christensen, CPXP. Leading the Conversation covers topics that drive the global conversation on improving patient experience and elevating the human experience in healthcare. Humans in Healthcare focuses on stories and experiences from the "frontlines" of healthcare.

“Each time you join us, we’ll explore the integrated nature and strategic importance of patient experience in healthcare and the orchestrated touch points and interactions that lead to a better healthcare experience for both those delivering and receiving care alike,” said Jason Wolf, President & CEO, The Beryl Institute.
