Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) August 29, 2013 -- Culhane Meadows PLLC has announced the addition of partner Todd Martin to its Dallas office as a member of the firm’s transactional group.
Martin joins Culhane Meadows directly from CoreLogic, where he served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at the publicly traded data and analytics company. Prior to CoreLogic, Martin served as Assistant General Counsel at Bank of America for six years, focusing on intellectual property matters and supply chain management. Recently serving as the President of the Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Martin has also twice been nominated by his peers as Best Corporate Counsel for Large Legal Departments.
“We are delighted that Todd has chosen to join our firm,” said Jim Meadows, co-founder of Culhane Meadows and a nationally recognized outsourcing attorney. “His depth of practical business experience and credibility with his former colleagues make him an ideal addition to the Culhane Meadows team.”
Martin’s background has focused on commercial transactions, including support of corporate IT, outsourcing, software licensing, enterprise procurement and real estate transactions. His experience includes streamlining the corporate contracts system to improve efficiencies and promote company revenue. Martin is equipped to assist small to Fortune 100 companies that would benefit from outside general counsel support.
“Todd’s significant in-house experience and business relationships give him a valuable perspective in meeting the needs of our clients,” adds Grant Walsh, co-managing partner of Culhane Meadows.
“With so many outstanding law firms in the marketplace, I was particularly impressed by Culhane Meadows’ innovative approach to delivering superior value to its clients by eliminating inefficiencies found in many traditional law firms,” said Martin. “It’s a privilege to join such an exceptional team of attorneys and I look forward to bringing my corporate experience to Culhane Meadows’ clients.”
In addition to Dallas, Culhane Meadows has offices in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, New York and Washington, DC. The firm focuses on business clients who enjoy exceptional, highly-efficient, legal services provided exclusively by partner-level attorneys with significant experience and training at large law firms or in-house legal departments of respected corporations.
