Research and advisory firm Brandon Hall Group is the authority on recognizing excellence in Human Capital Management with the most extensive and longest-running HCM awards agenda of 150 categories across two programs. Earlier today, they announced winners of their fall Excellence in the HCM Technology program.

The awards recognize innovative technologies that measurably benefitted from organizations’ leading HCM practices. Applications come from companies and government agencies around the world and feature corporate organizations, as well as solution providers. Winners with three or more awards include Adobe, Cornerstone, CrossKnowledge, Dell Technologies, Fulcrum Labs, HealthcareSource, IBM, LearnUpon, MPS Interactive Systems, Mursion, NIIT & MetLife, Ping An Insurance Group, PwC, Saba Software, SAP, SAP Litmos, Skillsoft, Symphony Talent and Wisetail.

“Excellence in Technology Award-winners are at the forefront of technology innovation. Our program evaluates not just the solution, but the benefits to the human capital management function, the business, and the customer. That is the ultimate differentiator — positive business impact. Technology Award winners pass that test with flying colors,” said Rachel Cooke, Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer and head of the awards program.

A panel of independent senior industry experts and Brandon Hall Group top analysts and executives evaluated the entries based upon the following criteria:

  • Product: What was the product’s breakthrough innovation?
  • Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique, and how does it differ from any competing products?
  • Value proposition: What problem does the product solve, and what are the business needs?
  • Measurable results: What are the benefits customers receive as a result of using this product?

“An Excellence Award also validates the vision of the technology development team, the wisdom of the company’s investment in the solution and the value the technology brings to the end-user,” said Mike Cooke, Chief Executive Officer of Brandon Hall Group.

Winners receive a special invitation to the HCM Excellence Conference, which runs February 4-6 at the Hilton West Palm Beach in Florida. The event is open to all HCM professionals and will feature selected winners of the HCM and Technology Excellence Awards programs as presenters and panelists. On February 5, they will honor award winners attending the conference. Each winning organization will receive a commemorative trophy onstage, recognizing their achievements.
