For their vendor rankings, Black Book Research crowdsource-surveyed 8,845 physician practices on MACRA MIPS readiness and preparations. Black Book Research investigated over 97 vendors including EHR technology. Black Book collected ballot results on 18 performance areas of operational excellence to rank vendors by physician quality improvement measurement and program product/service lines. The 18 criteria for operational excellence were then further divided by the client's industry, market size, geography, and function outsourced and reported accordingly.
