Traci Johnson, a Crye-Leike Realtor, has received the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors award of Excellence, thus joining the Million Dollar Club. “I am thrilled to receive this award and to have clients that helped me achieve this goal,” said Johnson, who is one of only twenty-six people in the association to reach this level.
The purpose of the Excellence award is to honor members of the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors who achieve certain and specific standards of qualification. Johnson achieved this stellar status after selling fifty-four homes in 2015, exceeding $10 million in real estate.
Johnson, who on average sells one house per week, is no stranger to accolades and recognition, having previously been named to the Top 125 of Crye-Leike Realtors and to the Top 10 Alliance of all Realtors. She is also a past president of the Women’s Council of Realtors for Middle Tennessee and a leading relocation specialist.
