TrackViaⓇ, the leading low-code workflow platform for operations, today announced its Winter 2019 product release with features that help customers work and make decisions with greater confidence.

“With manual processes, business leaders second-guess decisions because the information along the workflow has been captured on paper, transferred to an Excel file, re-keyed into a system, downloaded to a .csv file, merged with an export from another system and emailed around,” said Walker Fenton, SVP of Product Management at TrackVia. “When companies eliminate or reduce manual processes, they remove the second-guessing from their work and gain confidence in their decisions.”

The new features in TrackVia boosts confidence in work and decisions by providing better analysis and insight; assurances for business continuity; and repeatable data collection.

Better Analysis and Insight
TrackVia added new features to help businesses capture, analyze and leverage information along a workflow to make better decisions. The addition of Quick Filters enables users to accurately manipulate, analyze, and make decisions with large amounts of data by using conditional groups. With enhancements to Lanes, customers can now visualize tracking workflows through stages to make decisions on where to prioritize and allocate resources. Furthermore, the addition of user management helps administrators quickly find, import, and export users as well as gain insight about user activity and engagement.

Ensure Business Continuity
Business leaders want to ensure operations run without interruption. TrackVia added Entity Resource Design (ERD), which helps TrackVia administrators be more decisive and confident about how they build and expand their custom applications. Furthermore, TrackVia added API Access to heighten the security of authentication between systems by providing centralized management and more granular control over the connections.

Consistent Data Collection
In order to make better-informed decisions, businesses must acquire a significant amount of standardized information along a workflow. With TrackVia’s new branded mobile application, customers can now present a continuous brand experience to their employees, partners, and customers, thereby increasing the usage of their apps. To further increase usage, TrackVia will make enhancements to its mobile app for iOS.
