Tracy Makarenko Shares Her Story of Healing and Transformation
OKOTOKS, Alberta (PRWEB) August 24, 2013 -- In her new memoir, “Moving from the Outside, In” (published by Balboa Press), author Tracy Makarenko takes readers through the process of her spiritual awakening and into a world of alternative healing never before mentioned.
In her 30s, Makarenko began to ponder such nagging questions as “What am I doing here?” and “What is my purpose?” Those questions prompted her journey of discovery, not only about herself, but for answers to the deeper question, “How did I end up here?” Life wasn’t exactly as she planned. She felt mentally and emotionally overwhelmed and physically exhausted.
She was then intuitively guided to the most transformative moments of her life. “That time was the most difficult,” she says. “I was exploring deeply within to find my true identity. Most of what I encountered wasn’t pretty, but I was propelled forward; I knew the answers would give me a sense of freedom.”
“There were daily challenges while I worked to find a deeper meaning to my life.” It was then that Makarenko started hearing voices, first her guides, then earthbound souls. Visions also became a daily occurrence, and finding balance while living in both worlds became a challenge. What she found was a foundation to all her life’s troubles. A deeply concealed truth which would be baffling to most minds, but the gift that eventually presented itself goes beyond daily comprehension.
Makarenko hopes her journey encourages others to find the strength to consider alternative healing an option. “Whether you are finding this information for the first time or have embraced this process for years, there is something for everyone, whether it is new information or a reminder,” she says.
