San Diego, CA (PRWEB) August 18, 2015
DISCcert’s last Web DISC Certification Series will take place Wed Sept 23rd, 30th, Oct 7th and 14th from 11am-12pm PST. Graduates of the series, which will consist of four sequential one hour online trainings and one on one coaching sessions, will earn certification to teach DISC skills to management, staff, employees and coaching clients. The web training format allows attendees to complete the program conveniently and efficiently. Trainers will also work privately with master DISC trainer Bonnie Burn to customize their training to fit their individual company’s needs. Homework and additional activities will be required to be completed in-between group sessions.
During the web series attendees will be able to interact with Miss Burn and the other classmates. Feedback will be given to improve each trainer’s coaching skills and knowledge base. After graduation, ongoing support is available to each of DISCcert’s certified grads.
DISCcert’s nationally recognized company trains participants from large corporations on an on-going basis. Significant improvements in customer and employee communication, teambuilding and increased productivity have been reported by these corporations.
Upon graduation, each newly certified trainer will receive an administration website to manage their DISC assessments and reports. They will also be given access to a password protected library with over 200 resources including PowerPoint presentations, learning activities and other training materials. These resources are designed to add value to training presentations, and to improve coaching and leadership skills.
Trainers and business coaches have found the web DISC certification series and individual coaching sessions, to be easy to fit into their busy schedules. DISCcert prides itself in giving its participants the confidence to teach DISC, and makes every effort to prepare its grads to introduce the learning modality to upper management and staff.
Companies implementing DISC training into their organization find that it has helped to develop a company culture of cooperation and increased productivity. It is an effective training tool to support teambuilding, executive coaching, management skills, conflict resolution, sales training, change management, customer service, on-boarding, and performance development.
"Trainers are able to add a valuable tool to their training portfolio with DISC.” says Miss Burn. “It’s an essential teaching modality to develop better communication and team building skills within an organization.” she adds.
