This 20-minute course focuses on understanding, recognizing and addressing unconscious or implicit bias and the types of decisions that it can influence. Learners explore topics in bite-sized episodes, featuring video interviews, viewer mailbag questions and interactive quizzes and challenges. The training is mobile-friendly and accessible on laptops, tablets and smartphones.
