“We are delighted that Traliant’s sexual harassment training has been recognized and approved by the IDFPR for thousands of individuals and organizations licensed in Illinois,” said Mike Pallatta, Traliant CEO and Co-Founder. “Beyond satisfying the annual CE requirement, our training provides a modern, interactive experience that helps ensure professionals across industries comply with the law and maintain the highest standards of behavior.”

Traliant’s Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: IDFPR CEC Edition provides 1.0 CE credit, and is available in multiple languages and in separate versions for employees and managers, who have additional responsibilities to prevent and report misconduct. The one-hour training covers sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination, bystander intervention, diversity and inclusion and other topics and guidelines required by Illinois’ Workplace Transparency Act (SB 75). Under SB 75, all Illinois employees must complete sexual harassment prevention training by December 31, 2020, and then annually.

Topics are presented in a series of brief episodes, featuring a news show format, realistic video scenarios and a variety of interactions and assessments to raise awareness of sexual harassment and other workplace misconduct, and promote positive behavior and a respectful, inclusive workplace culture. All of Traliant’s courses are mobile optimized for 24/7 access on laptops, smartphones and tablets.
