(Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and COO: Masataka Okuda; TSE First Section: 9715; hereafter, transcosmos) has established the "Hefei Center" operation base in Hefei City, Anhui Province as its 25th location in China, and has begun contact center operations there. An opening ceremony was held on June 2, 2015 with Mr. Wang Kejian, Deputy Director of Hefei Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Mr. Ge Yiliang, member of Shushan District Standing Committee, the management of the Hefei (Shushan) International E-Commerce Industrial Park, and local Chinese partners of transcosmos in attendance.

Hefei City is the provincial capital of Anhui, and is an important center for politics, economics, education, finance, science and technology, and transportation. The Hefei (Shushan) International E-Commerce Industrial Park, where the "Hefei Center" was launched, is located in the southwest of Hefei City in a beautiful natural environment surrounded by Mt. Dashushan and Lake Dongpu. E-commerce and contact centers are the main industries in the Park, and the "Hefei Center" employs 400 seats to provide contact center services for E-Commerce related companies.
