(Headquarters: San Francisco, California, USA; CEO / Founder: Darshaun Nadeau; hereafter, HubNami). transcosmos has become the first distributor in Japan for the "HubNami" social media operations and monitoring tools. transcosmos will offer these tools in conjunction with social media operational services.

HubNami is a development and sales company for social media operations and monitoring tools, which was established in February of 2014. HubNami primarily provides three main functions: analytics, broadcasting and competitor tracking. 200 companies in the United States have registered for their solution. These include The North Face and mail-order giant Zulily, as well as various other companies in the apparel, distribution and Internet services industries. Details of these functions are as follows.

Three main functions of HubNami’s platform:

1. Analytics
This function creates detailed analytics reports for social media including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and several others. HubNami’s system tracks then aggregates data from multiple data sources then displays the data in a simple, easy to use dashboard. This saves social media manager’s time and money. Content is analyzed and displayed in a way that helps managers make decisions about the most impact content for their industry.

2. Broadcasting (collective contribution)
This function is a seamless platform that can broadcast to multiple Facebook and Twitter accounts simultaneously from one place. Messages can also be scheduled for broadcast at a specific time.

3. Competitor Tracking
This function tracks the rate of fan increase, user engagement, interaction and other information regarding competitors. It is possible to monitor by specifying social accounts rather than keywords, and depending on your plan, an unlimited number of accounts can be monitored. In addition, it is possible to set custom alerts for activities in the competitor accounts being monitored.
