transcosmos Establishes “Marketing Chain Management Center, Naha Kencho-mae” in Naha, Okinawa
Tokyo, Japan (PRWEB) November 05, 2015 -- transcosmos inc.has opened a new call center base in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture called “Marketing Chain Management Center Naha Kencho-mae” (hereafter, MCM Center Naha Kencho-mae). It is the company’s 5th operation base in Okinawa Prefecture, and an opening ceremony was held on October 27.
Since transcosmos advanced its business into Okinawa Prefecture in 1999, it has developed call center services mainly for industries such as manufacturing, finance, insurance, mail order and communications. It has established the four call centers—MCM Center Okinawa, MCM Center Naha Tsubogawa, MCM Center Naha and MCM Center Okinawa Koza—and has been providing services with an on-site arrangement that provides services residing within client companies. Due to business expansion of the industries, transcosmos established 5th operation base in Okinawa.
MCM Center Naha Kencho-mae is located in the Kumoji section of Naha City, which is a central part of Okinawa Prefecture. It features a “Work Café” that allows job counseling together with children, and it is provided with a 100-seat break room which has an excellent view from the 12th floor. In the future, new hiring will be carried out to generate employment for 500 persons.
