The construction of MCM Center Osaka was decided based on the steady business development in the Kansai area. The MCM Center Osaka, which is the 9th center in the Kansai area, has a 300 seat scale and plans to employ 240 operators and primarily offers call center services for the financial industry.
The addition of MCM Center Osaka is the scale of Kansai area call centers to 1,600 seats. With the MCM Center Osaka as one of its pillars in Kansai, transcosmos will actively develop call center services for its client companies in Osaka.
