Field Marketing was established on July 25th, 2005 and became transcosmos' consolidated subsidiary in September 2007. The Yokohama Branch Office will aim at expanding the new sales base with major corporations in Kanagawa Prefecture, mainly in Yokohama, and at the same time, will strengthen cooperation with one of transcosmos' call centers, MCM Center Yokohama, by conducting staff follow ups. The Hiroshima Branch Office is situated in Hiroshima, a government ordinance city with the population of over one million, and there has been a high demand from the corporate clients for a branch in this area, which led to its establishment. Since it is transcosmos Group's first Branch Office, it will concentrate its sales efforts as a group, beginning with proposals for corporates headquartered in Hiroshima.
Field Marketing has been mainly offering dispatching retail sales personnel to mobile phone/communications/credit card industries, but in the future, each site will actively pursue businesses in new areas such as apparel and cosmetics sales. Moreover, such services as sales support, solely operated promotion campaign, and mystery shopper research business will be added on the service menu to aim for further growth.
